The White Swan a special place

Joe and Jo Pervis are the new hosts at The White Swan Inn in Wigginton. They plan to keep this rural village pub, precisely as it is now, a fabulous place offering good beer, good company and proper home cooked food made with locally sourced ingredients. “The White Swan is a very special place.

Most of the villages around here no longer have a pub or even a shop and we are a real centre for the community” said Joe. “We have moved here from Portsmouth and quickly found that Wiggington is a magical place to live. It’s brilliant.” The pub is an ideal base for ramblers who want to explore the local countryside. Walkers can leave their cars in the pub’s car park before returning for lunch and a pint of Hooky, however booking is advised.
