Hook Norton’s seasonal beer Inspired returns to pubs in June

Inspired is a premium pale beer with a slight orange hue. It has aromas of soft dark fruit, and a full almost slightly spicy flavour, with a pleasant lingering aftertaste.

The beer, at 4.5 per cent ABV, was inspired by Oxfordshire’s millennium celebrations and was dedicated to people in the rescue services who worked so hard when much of the country was flooded in July 2007.

The beer is brewed with Maris Otter malt, and bittered and flavoured with Fuggles hops grown in Oxfordshire’s only hop garden in Kingston Bagpuize.
The water was drawn from Hook Norton’s own wells underneath the brewery.
