Hooky’s King pulls the pints
Hook Norton’s stand at the Campaign for Real Ale’s Great British Beer Festival in London must have been one of the busiest.
“There has been a huge demand for all our beers said Hook Norton’s Hugh King. “We have been pulling pints non stop since we opened.”
Hooky Bitter, Gold and Old were all widely chosen by hundreds of drinkers who flocked to the country’s biggest and best beer festival –and many tried for the first time Summer Haze – Hook Norton’s seasonal beer for August and the first wheat beer to be brewed by the brewery.
One Hooky fan, Bob Price said: “I’ve been drinking Hook Norton’s beers for years, and I really like Summer Haze.”
